The weather's schizophrenic zig-zag from lashings of miserable droplets that whack you round the ears as you battle for the train, to days where the sun peaks through the clouds bathing us all in some much needed vitamin D, can mean only one thing - Spring has sprung! - and what better way to celebrate than with a flute of swiggalicious, lightly chilled, taste-bud-tantalising Prosecco.
One probably doesn’t want to delve too much into what is in a high street bottle of Prosecco, but this is made with pure, unadulterated, beautifully ripe grapes. We’ve seen them come off the vines into the winery and the aroma and natural flavour is just intoxicating. We’ve been lucky enough to import La Jara directly for quite a few years and we‘ve pointed you towards their Prosecco and Pinot Grigio Rose Brut before, but never this. It’s always been good, but they’ve mastered the art of making it now and it’s absolutely swiggascrumptious.
