A delicious fizz from one of the UK's rising stars. Unfiltered and unfined this has an almost pet-nat like quality. Far too easy to slip back the whole bottle and delicious with warm cheese straws!

'GMF is a traditional method sparkling wine made from grapes sourced from Yew Tree Vineyard in Oxfordshire. The grapes are hand-picked and hand-sorted, then they travel the short distance to our Battersea winery where they are whole bunch pressed into a mix of stainless steel tanks and old Burgundy barrels for fermentation. The combination of tanks and barrels offers a depth and complexity that enhances aromas of elderflower, citrus and white pepper. The wine spends a further 6 months ageing on lees prior to bottling and secondary fermentation.' Winery Note
