Made with techniques normally reserved for much more expensive Champagnes, and very rarely, it's a Blanc de Noirs made from only the black grapes Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier that is matured in oak barrels and then blended with the reserve wines. Made only from the black grapes Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, this is a an excellent “grower champagne”, a term that simply means that the people who own the vineyards also make the wine. A blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Pinot Meunier aged in large oak casks. 12.5% alc
