It must be good for you, Vinsanto was originally marketed by monks in the renaissance era! This is from the wonderful Fattoria Lavacchio - a 100% organic estate that grows olives, grapes and almonds. A deep amber colour with gorgeous developed notes of dried figs, raisins and well balanced sweetness.

50/50 Trebbiano and Malvasia, with fruit selected from vineyards that are surrounded by wheat fields in the beautiful Rufina area. Dried for four months prior to pressing, and oak aged for 5 years prior to release, this is a beautiful organic Vinsanto with huge ageing potential.
