Tasting Notes

Dark ruby red in colour, this vintage has a complex bouquet of ripe red berry fruit, cassis, vanilla pudding, and a touch of forest floor. The pallet is soft and rich, with gentle, rounded tannins and savoury notes of cocoa and cloves adding character to the bright red strawberry and mulberry flavours which linger into a long, tight, juicy finish. Drink now and over the next 12 years.

Nestled in a natural amphitheatre between the Stellenbosch and Helderberg mountains, their ambition is to produce wines that reflect the natural wonders of this exquisite place.
