With it's zingy, flinty, lemony freshness, Picpoul is the perfect response to sunny weather - and our Laurence de Veyrac Picpoul is a classic of the genre, the 'Chablis of the Med'. This is absolutely the most refreshing white wine of summer we have found so far. Drink cool. With its shellfish-loving, flinty stonefruit and citrus charms, our Veyrac is a classic of the Picpoul genre.

There can be few finer pleasures than sipping a chilled glass of picpoul with a few ice-cold oysters. It's especially good on a glittering sunshine-y day when the Med is within view but that's not a dealbreaker. In fact, neither are the oysters given this interminable lockdown scenario. Sunshine is a must though.
