Tasting Notes
A mega white field blend, vines interplanted and all fermented together. Chenin Blanc, Palomino, Semillon, Semillon Gris, Colombard, Crouchen Blanc, Viognier, Muscat d’Alexandrie, Chardonnay & Sauvignon Blanc! Creamy, like a good cheesecake, with hints of the biscuit crumb too, honey and ginger nut biscuit and hints of pine It's quite full and broad in the mouth, with hints of ground almonds, toast and creme anglaise.
More Info
David only made 600 bottles of each of these Full Moon wines, so they're super-rare - they are wines that he's made purely for the love of it. We're so glad he did because these are full of character, freshness and quaffability, wines whose primary function is to throw out pleasure into the world. We love how David's approach to wine cuts through all the waffle and pretension. He knows that the wines themselves will say everything that needs to be said. And he sells them at a price that means everyone can enjoy them. What's not to like about that?
