Tasting Notes
This really is a grand wine, it's utterly, utterly gorgeous. 2010 was a superb vintage, and the wine is at least as good as the famous vintage of 2001, we're sure, as we can't imagine how it could possibly taste any better! It feels so well balanced and luxurious. It really is pure liquid gold. Unctuous, floaty, luxurious deliciousness that is the perfect end to a meal. Drinking this after dinner with some good bread and cheese is just wonderful.

Fifth generation Anne-Marie and her son pick berry by berry over consecutive weeks to ensure that only the most viscous, noble-rot affected grapes go into the wine. It is only made in the best vintages and they only make between 50 and 200 cases a year.
