Tasting Notes
Very elegant, floral nose. Bright blackberry and cherry fruit with a little raspberry and just a mild wood spice hint. The palate is glorious and very fine- a hint more spice, very delicate and high-toned fruit. Freshness, acidity, Buisson Bourgogne Rouge 2018 is about 20% to 50% whole bunches. It contains some declassified St-Romain fruit that gives a little bit of extra structure.

Domaine Henri et Gilles Buisson is a sensational producer. They are most definitely a feather in our cap. We don’t come across producers like this often, that aren't already being imported to the UK. In fact, it would be just a few like this in a lifetime, such is the quality of terroir they have, but more importantly what they’re doing with it.
