Jessica Saurwein’s Nom Pinot grows more assured with every new vintage. Cotes de Nuits in style, from the mighty Kaaimansgaat vineyard in Elandskloof, this wonderfully complex pinot has intense aromatics, hints of orange rind, concentrated red berry and plum fruit, and a lick of wood spice.
