Tasting Notes
A blend of Chenin Blanc 51%, Chardonnay 22%, Viognier 22%, Semillon 4% and Colombard 1% from the Coastal Region of South Africa. The bush-vine Chenin Blanc provides the wine’s acidic backbone and structure whilst the wild-fermented Chardonnay provides complexity of fruit flavour. The small proportion of Viognier adds spiciness, floral aromatics and palate length and lastly a splash of Semillon and Colombard for complexity.

Adi Badenhorst has done it again… knocking it out the park with these game changing canned wines. The grapes for Curator are sourced from selected vineyards across the Coastal Region of South Africa’s wild west coast. The vineyards are mostly bush vines growing in granite and slate soils. There’s no fancy winemaking here, just good, honest, fruit driven wines from some of the Cape’s most exciting vineyard areas.
