Tasting Notes
Very zingy and striking- white pepper, green apple and crushed stones on the nose, with a racy palate loaded with wet river stones, notes of greengage, pear skin, straw, gentle yeasty notes and curry leaf. Pronounced acidity makes it almost tingle in the mouth and ensures a long and intense finish.
