Now that Luis's own son Manuel is a young man he wanted to do the same thing for him, and together they have started a winery called Vine Vinu, which means from vine to glass, to explore different terroirs. They have two - one which is coastal made in Requiao, which is 20km form the sea - and one which is in the mountains in Melgaco.
