Absolutely stunning first release of Pinot Meunier-based Champagne. It goes back to Olivier Collard's heritage, as his late grandfather, Rene Collard, whose Champagnes are highly collectable, was famous for making beautiful age-worthy Pinot Meunier.

It's 65% from 2013 and 2014 and the balance from 2015 ( a top vintage) and all fermented in large foudres and aged on the fine lees in foudres for 12-15 months. 12.5% alc. Very low dosage.
