On the nose: nectarine, gooseberry, lime, sage, spruce tips, along with buttered toast and beeswax. On the palate: taut and structured, with a fresh acid core and intense salted lemon flavors, balanced by juicy fruit melt. With only 12.5% alcohol, it remains light-footed without losing depth.  The winning wine from Graves: Château Saint-Hilaire shows why Bordeaux Blanc fascinates – with fresh acidity, citrus salt aromas, and juicy fruit melt.
