The Venturini's are firm adherents to biodynamic principles. They encourage biodiversity by planting herbs in the summer, and sowing cereals in the winter. Alessandra and Carlo's son Savino, now well involved in the winery, showcased their range for us at a tasting in May. He's coming off the back of viticulture studies at university and time spent in Beaujolais, amongst other places.
