From the exceptional 2014 vintage, 66% Pinot Noir, 34% Pinot Meunuer, exclusively from the Findon Park vineyard. With four and a half years on lees, this is a sensational bottle. Opulent, with tropical tones of semi-dried pineapple chunks, macadamia nuts, toasted almond slivers, lemon drizzle and mandarins on the nose, the palate is well structured and just as enticing. Lots of lime zest, greengage and a sprinkling of Himalayan pink salt. Astonishing now but will age brilliantly. 8g/l dosage.
