Tasting Notes
Electrifying, energetic Riesling! This was the highlight of a summer tasting session, and much to our surprise, the best value wine in the line up too! So invigorating- apple blossom, honeysuckle and fabulously zingy pineapple. Bone dry and so intensely fruity and with a juicy texture - brimming with lime zest, apricot and zippy orange too, and just a gentle pickle of petillance. The Riesling to convince and impress even the most staunch haters.

Everyone needs a little funkstille, or radio silence in their lives! This is a super value Riesling from a 16th generation grower in the region of Weinviertel in Austria. They're working hard to do everything they can to work hand in hand with nature in the vineyards. Sustainably certified by agroVet, they grow their own seeds to sow cover crops and produce all their own manure from grape skins, straw and manure to help build soil health.
