Tasting Notes
*Pre-arrival offer - will be £32.00 RRP Wines arrive mid-June Very Gevrey-esque. Sourced exclusively from the hallowed turf of the Weiler Schlipf, aged for two years in barrique. There's a touch more spice here and a soft smokiness - almost like berries adorned with smudgey kohl eyeliner, intertwined with cherries, cola nut and sandalwood. No awkward mid-level, or middle child syndrome here, thank you. It's the sort of wine that could convince you that it's the estate's top wine in a lineup before knowing there's one even more magnificent.
