Lime, lemon verbena, semi-dried pineapple and quince with a real brightness, juiciness and texture. A beautiful aperitif, and wonderful with fish, cured fish and slightly spicy dishes too.

Matthieu Deiss is son of the famous Marcel Deiss. This is his own little domaine and passion project, where the wine is mainly made by his partner Emanuelle Milan, who herself is the daughter of the famous Henri Milan. Now that's a rockstar duo!
