Tasting Notes
Keermont's ultra-rare sweet wine and a true labour of love! Dried apricot, ripe orange rind with hints of hazelnut cream and vanilla. Full and creamy on the palate with concentrated flavours of dried fruits, marzipan wand pineapple - candied and semi-dried and fresh juice on the finish too. Great acids- Drink now through to 2031. Based on Sauvignon Blanc with some Roussanne blended across 3 vintages, this gorgeous sweet wine is produced by pinching the stem of each bunch with pliers which stops the translocation of fluids in and out of the grapes, allowing them to dry naturally on the vine. 186g R.S
