Tasting Notes
A blend of fruit from their Hawkes Bay vineyard, Ray's Road and richer estate fruit, this has lifted, pretty red fruit aromas, roses and hint of umami and crunchy fruit, matched with gentle herbal tones, green peppercorn sauce and silken palate with fine, powdery tannins and fresh acidity. Very drinkable indeed!
