Lovely lifted notes of violet flowers, with wild berries, soft hints of vanilla and mint. The palate on the Cuvée Tradition Rouge 2017 is gorgeously smooth and elegant - and keeps on giving. According to winemaker Serge Coulet, its happy place is next to a piece of Aubrac beef.
The vast viticultural region of the Languedoc has furnished some of our most exciting discoveries of the past and no find has succeeded in tickling our taste buds and wowing our wallets quite like the Mas Brunet Cuvee Tradition. This is easily one of the best value wines we've ever tried from the region. We can't work out whether the Coulet brothers simply don't know how good their wines are, or if they do know but are more interested in keeping their customers very, very happy.
