Aromatic and yet not OTT - conferences pears, white flowers with some meadow balm notes. A lovely organic aperitif and it seems to be getting better every vintage....
Lovely green and white fruit notes on the nose. Apples, peach and honeysuckle; richness with a mineral layer and a touch of salinity. Heady perfume – rose flower water. Spectacular mouthfeel on the palate – a quince-like fibrousness that bridges the exotic fruits and flower petal perfume, bringing everything together in a complete and harmonious package. A wine that tastes like it’s alive. Rich enough to pair with spicy, exotic summer fayre, but aromatic and with a deftness of touch that would compliment the purest of sushi.
