A traditional Douro field blend (a co-fermentation of various interplanted white grape varieties) this is a racy and attention-grabbing white with a core of lemon barley water, grapefruit and green apple. Glinting green in the glass, there's wet stone and lemon peel on the palate, granny smith apple jelly and a long, mouth-watering finish.
