This is so full of verve. It has a wonderfully uplifting aroma. It could easily be a whistle clean, sharp aperitif, perhaps with some flash fried squid or prawns with garlic and lemon. Unoaked, so could replace a Chablis. But it's got enough flavour to go well with fish with beurre blanc, like a nice Burgundy. Beautiful with fish.
