Pieter Walser is the kind of man who always has a hilarious story to tell and the day that the police nearly arrested him for murdering his own son (who is alive, don't worry!) is one of his most entertaining. In honour of this fabulous anecdote Pieter has created a wine that is equally zany and unique. A light floral, herby nose gives way to a more savoury and perfectly smooth palate. A great wine to match with your own anecdotes at your next dinner party.
The bottle : the photo is taken from the original article when Pieter was falsely accused of murdering his son. A Saturday job digging a sandpit for his three children went hideously wrong, when three young boys cycled past and spotted Pieter joking around and chucking soil on to his young son, who at that moment, was lying in the hole that Pieter had dug up the sand from. Rushing home to tell their parents that a boy was being buried by a guy with long blonde hair resulted in a street full of police, crime scene ribbons and a very embarassing situation for Pieter himself!
