Loire Valley White - Melon de Bourgogne. The vines are cultivated on a terroir of gneiss and mica schist. Harvested at optimal maturity, the fruit is then pressed slowly. Natural fermentation and matured on its fine lees, the wine is bottled without sulphur. With the absence of sulphur the wine is expressive with ripe yet discreet orchard fruit and citrus.
