The fruit is rich melon/peach with butterscotch and tropical notes intermingled. In balance though. Very much so. Hedonistic and moreish. Beautiful balance, richness, texture, creaminess, savouriness. This could easily be premier cru Meursault.
This is very impressive. Very much in the buttery Burgundian mould. Rich but refined white-butter notes on the nose, seamlessly melding into something quite savoury and mealy. A hint of toast.
