There are 130 hectares in total and the estate is currently administered by Pierre Bories who in turn is assisted by wine maker Jean-Pierre Amiques. The vines are planted on red clay soil and face south east on a sheltered hillside known as the 'Pinada'.
About this Wine
A fabulous array of flavours and good texture. Honey (almost Loire-Chenin like, with a touch of Lavender. It develops as you have it open and holds brilliantly for a few days in the fridge. Try it with asparagus or herb encrusted cream cheese - delicious!
