Tasting Notes
Exclusively from their 1955 plantings, fermented in and aged in barrel with some skin contact too. Fantastic weight and concentration on the nose, lush and tangy yellow plums, chalky notes, white pepper and greengages. Both subtle and extremely expressive and engaging, with lemon-limey fruit and hints of stones. Very ageworthy too.

Domaine du Bouchot was named Revue des Vins de France’s DISCOVERY OF THE YEAR this year and we can see why! Such subtly refined wines, extremely generous and incredibly interesting, very hard to put the glass down. Winemaker Antoine Gouffier has worked magic here, within just 2-years he has converted Domaine du Bouchot into Pouilly-Fume’s first certified organic producer. We couldn’t be more excited about these wines.
