We love this bright and zingy iteration of Semillon from down under. Cracked green peppercorns over vibrant lime and lemon with an underlay of peach and mango. This will be fantastic with spicy thai foods or light fish dishes.
'This particular novel little number is part of the Continental Platter range, and is a wine for those of a highly shellfish disposition. The Continental Platter wines are vinified by a pair of good friends down under, the project being a collaboration between them, Puncheon Bottles and Les Caves de Pyrene, to create a range of organic/BD wines with a more natural inclination (low yields, manual harvest, native yeast ferment, minimal or zero filtration, and moderate to low levels of sulphur).
