We’ve had the pleasure of working with Stefan – one of the stars in Germany’s exciting new generation of winemakers – for several years now, and have always been delighted with his fantastic VDP Riesling. Precision is a key word in his winemaking style, but so is energy – often a sip will feel like it’s had a charge of electricity shot through it.
