Tasting Notes
This is a wine of balance, precision and focused intensity. It has an oh-so-fine leafy, cool climate Cabernet lifted perfume. a fine-bone china like frame, with such poise and quiet power. There's a kiss of tar and plums on the palate, with a stony, celery-salt-sprinkled quiet power to it. So sleek, and beginning to gain a bit of weight just now in early 2022. This will cellar for many years to come. We reckon it’s one of the best value Cabernet Sauvignons from anywhere in the world.
