Lafon's Château and best vineyards are surrounded by those of Yquem and the wine is aged in Yquem barrels. Painstakingly made with up to six separate hand-harvests to select only the best noble rot-affected grapes.

Château Lafon could not be better located, only a few meters from the world renowned Château d'Yquem, when we say located we actually mean surrounded by d’Yquem vineyards. Lafon is run by the same family for over four generations now, all of which had one core goal, producing outstanding sweet wines. Sitting on 12 hectares of pristine 50yr old vines Lafon still firmly hold their place with producing fantastic quality wines at great value.
