Tasting Notes
A totally irresistible lightly sparkling rosé from our favourite Prosecco producer, La Jara, but in this case they use a little bit of the red grape, Raboso, to give the wine its lovely pale coral colour. Dry on the palate and bursting with fresh strawberry notes reined in by the pithy bite of pink grapefruit. We always have a bottle in the fridge in case of visitors as it’s the perfect conversation starter. . Drink now!
More Info
Amid the Prosecco smile-inducing ocean of frizzante and spumante being churned out to meet the fizz-drinking public’s insatiable demand, Proseccos of distinction are not easy to come by. How does a producer distinguish himself from the crowd? Well, going organic certainly helps, but what separates La Jara from the other Proseccos out there is that fruit quality is absolutely paramount.
