'Mostly fermented in old French oak, this Chenin, Grenache and Viognier blend ages on the lees for one year, giving pineapple, sweet spices, marmalade and honey aromas. Pineapple, dried apricot and citrus peel flavours are followed by honey-roasted nuts on the long finish. Delicious and moreish.'
