Domaine Castera's 2021s

There are many wine regions that are revered. Many for the right reasons: for their exceptional terroirs, long history, winemakers and ageworthy wines. Others are simply over-looked, and none more so than the dry wines of the region of Jurançon in the sleepy corner of south-west France.

Franck Lihour of Domaine Castera is the star producer who is taking wines from this region to a level not previously seen. Truly, these 2021 releases are absolutely thrilling. We love these wines for how gourmand they are: luxuriously layered, mellifluous, with huge complexity and flavours that persist long in the mouth after you've swallowed the final sip, but freshness in spades too.
