Tasting Notes
Blackberry crumble, cinnamon, glace cherries, cocoa and orange oil. Lovely nuance of gin-like botanicals - coriander seeds, juniper, angelica and cinnamon-like cassia bark and fynbos. Really, incredibly good, with more plush liquor fruit and berry compote on the palate. Tannins are chalky, and magnificently structured. 29% Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% Cabernet Franc, 19% Merlot, 16% Malbec & 8% Petit Verdot, aged for 20 months in barrel and 5 years in bottle before release. Drink now and for many years to come.
