Modestly labelled Bordeaux AOC wines can really range in style and quality. It can take a keen eye and sharpened palate to identify the diamonds amongst the rough, but when you do, you have just that, a diamond. 100% Merlot, pure, clean and unoaked. Easy-going, medium bodied, soft and supple. The wine matures in concrete for 8 months to help balance and impart a lovely texture amongst its structure.
