Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, Merlot are combined in this original blend. They come from purchases from neighboring winegrowers under long-term contracts on a terroir similar to ours. Convinced by their experience in Burgundy that the quality of great wines lies in the vines, the new owners invested enormously from the start in the renewal and maintenance of the vineyard. They seek to make refined wines that reflect the quality of their terroir. The vines backing onto Mont Aurélien, face the Sainte Baume Massif. This situation ensures cool nights, which promote a long vegetative cycle of the vine. These conditions are ideal for obtaining controlled yields, good acidity, slow maturation and highlighting real complexity.
