A very good value, serious wine for drinking now or laying down for a few years. Unoaked, it's an oh-so-pretty and stylish Cabernet Franc with that unmistakeable Cab Franc hint of green on the nose, bright cherry fruit and strawberries, with a savoury, long, gravelly finish. A lovely drop at a mere 12.5%, great for drinking now but will certainly from some years in the cellar.

Gasnier has been Demeter certified as a biodynamic producer since 2008, taking exceptional care of their vines. Biodynamics may seem mythical and even wacky, but the practices seek to strengthen the vitality and resistance of plants, by improving natural exchanges. Biodynamic wines guarantee a good expression of the terroir, just as we have here from Fabrice's Cab Franc.
