Enticing aromatics dominated by semi-dried pineapple, perfectly ripe juicy peaches, passionfruit and apple blossom. Simultaneously delivers a tease of heady aromatics, texture and freshness in spades. Very drinkable, and a lovely drop with Vietnamese food, as an aperitif, or pork cooked with apple. Soli Pinot may be the darling of many, but we're a fan of you too Soli White! A blend of Chardonnay, Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc from the Miroglio estate vineyards in the Thracian Valley.

We’re proud to have been one of the first agents to bring high-quality Bulgarian wine to the attention of UK wine drinkers, and Edoardo Miroglio has always been our Number One. Wine lover Edoardo searched high and low to find the perfect spot to grow Pinot Noir in Bulgaria. The piece of land he chose is on the eastern side of the Thracian Valley, with the Saint Ilia hills shade the area from the freezing Baltic winds while a natural lake nearby regulates the temperature. But Miroglio is no fool, he has had extensive tests and research done just to confirm his theories. He purchased the land in 1998 and by 2004 they had produced their first vintage.
