Very classy Chardonnay from a new star producer in Tuscany, South of Siena, who trained in Burgundy with the famous Domaine De Montille, where he made Corton-Charlemagne. Better than the much more expensive Umbrian white, Cervaro della Sala. If you’re tempted, buy it! Only 120 bottles for the UK. Langoustines, scallops, pasta with a creamy sauce, guinea fowl.
