Tasting Notes
A blend of Merlot, Tannat and Cabernet, this is all canteloupe melon, sweet lime, orange oil, wild roses, strawberries, raspberry ripple and a gentle blackcurrant leaf. Lusciously soft on the palate with a bone dry finish and impressive length. Very very slurpable.
More Info
Horgelus has long been one of our best value whites for the price. And his rose? Damn good too! Located in the pretty Gascon village of Montréal du Gers in the foothills of the Pyrenées, on the pilgrimage route of Santiago de Compostela. Winemaker Yoan Le Menn has not put a foot wrong in the 10 years we have known him, and his wines never fail to deliver.
