Tasting Notes
Astonishingly classy Bordeaux from the hills overlooking St Emilion and Pomerol. We love its classical flavour of pencil lead, cedar and black fruits. There is something a bit like a Medoc wine that comes from the Cabernet Franc in the blend with Merlot (like Cheval Blanc) but also undeniably charming and drinkable as St Emilion should be. Being organic makes it even better. It tastes so pure.
