There's something so different about olive oil straight from a small producer and this is the Rolls Royce of its kind. Fresh and vibrant it will transform whichever dish you choose to drizzle it on. There's a spiciness on the nose and a beautifully vibrant green note, like freshly cut grass. More on the palate with that lovely undertone of fresh green olives. I could drink it straight out of the bottle!
