Brothers William and Simon Saxby-Moutardier run their family Champagne house in Le Breuil, on a tributary of the Marne, which has about 50cm of clay top soil on top of limestone. They are are regular recipient of the 'Coup de Coeur' for best Champagne of its type in their region. They've also been awarded the 'Young talents of Champagne for Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier' where the lead judge was the best sommelier in the world
