Similarly to dogs, good fizz is for life, not just for Christmas. BUT. It does really have a special place over the festive season. A posh breakfast, lunch time bubbles, or that pre-dinner aperitif, there is no time where good sparkling wine isn't appropriate over the course of December. We've put together a mix of our favourites, some more conventional than others, but all are tied together by there quality and sheer quaffability.
