Ruby red colour with notes of red and black berries, black pepper and garrigue spices.The tannins are very rich and silky, with a medium to full-bodied texture. A rich, elegantwine. A Grenache, Syrah and Carignan blend (80%, 10%, 10%), aged in concrete, prioritising the character of the blend beyond all else. Beautiful drinking and a great go-to Rhone red.

Hailing from heights of Valréas, Vaclouse in the Southern Rhone, Domaine du Seminaire are a Family vineyard of 60 ha, the domain of the seminary is fully worked in organic farming with inclinations for biodynamic especially in the cellar where we use the lunar calendar. The Pouizin family are all winegrowers and have been for generations. Deeply intrenched believes around respect for the vine and the terroir have been passed down and is core to their farming and winemaking approach.
